360 Broadband LLC, in partnership with Trans-Tel Central, proposes the deployment of a fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP) network in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma—referred to as Pittsburg County #2. This BEAD-funded project will provide high-speed, reliable broadband service to 242 unserved and underserved locations across the county. The proposed design leverages a hybrid of aerial and underground fiber construction, covering approximately 81.68 miles of distribution fiber and 13.75 miles of service drops.\\n\\nThe GPON-based network will support symmetrical 1 Gbps service with a scalable path to 10 Gbps, ensuring long-term service quality and future upgrade capability. Approximately 95% of the deployment will utilize aerial fiber to reduce labor costs and expedite construction, while all buried segments will be installed in conduit to protect infrastructure and support future expansion.\\n\\nThis project represents a total estimated investment of $5,460,733.61, including construction, engineering, permitting, legal, and management costs. The project timeline anticipates a 12-month completion period, including design, permitting, make-ready work, construction, and closeout. All design and construction activities will adhere to BEAD and NTIA technical standards, with built-in redundancies and spare capacity to accommodate future growth.\\n\\n360 Broadband has developed a detailed pro forma financial analysis indicating long-term sustainability, with positive cash flow projected within four years and full alignment with BEAD performance and adoption benchmarks.
