A comprehensive fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployment across Atoka County, Oklahoma, with more than 150 miles of planned infrastructure targeting unserved and underserved broadband locations identified in coordination with NTIA and the Oklahoma Broadband Office. The project aims to deliver scalable, future-proof 1 Gbps symmetrical service to rural homes, businesses, and anchor institutions through a resilient fiber network.\\nLeveraging previous ARPA SLFRF experience in Atoka and adjacent counties, this BEAD-funded initiative will construct over fiber infrastructure, including backbone and lateral routes, to connect more than 1,000 unserved and underserved households. The project design aligns with NTIA technical standards and incorporates robust cybersecurity protections, inclusive workforce development strategies, and strong labor compliance mechanisms. Local hiring, digital equity outreach, and sustainability planning are core to the deployment.\\nThe Atoka BEAD project will bridge critical connectivity gaps, stimulate local economic development, and provide long-term broadband access to some of Oklahoma’s most rural and disadvantaged communities.\\n
