Resound Networks proposes to deploy a licensed fixed wireless broadband network in Cleveland County to deliver high-capacity, reliable internet service to 604 total locations, including 270 underserved residences, 74 unserved residences, and 260 Community Anchor Institutions. While Cleveland includes some metropolitan-adjacent areas, significant service disparities persist in rural pockets and transitional zones, making these NET(s) essential to closing coverage gaps under the BEAD program.\\n\\nResound will utilize leased vertical assets strategically located throughout Cleveland County to achieve comprehensive line-of-sight coverage. These assets will serve as the backbone of our deployment, supported by our master agreements with major national and regional tower infrastructure providers. These agreements allow us to construct new towers or upgrade existing sites where required to overcome terrain-related interference, zoning restrictions, or evolving coverage demands. This approach ensures infrastructure flexibility without compromising on deployment speed or service reliability.\\n\\nThe network will be built using Resound’s licensed fixed wireless platform, which has been successfully deployed across multiple states under the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF). This technology enables us to offer customers gigabit-tier service options backed by real-world performance and long-term scalability. Each tower is configured for capacity management, remote diagnostics, and service upgrades to meet future data demands in growing suburban-rural hybrid areas like Cleveland County.\\n\\nThe Cleveland County NET(s) will be deployed under Resound’s accelerated 18-month project model, beginning within 90 days of award execution. Early activities will include full-spectrum engineering, environmental reviews, and permitting, with materials procurement running in parallel to support phased deployment. Construction teams will roll out infrastructure by region, activating clusters of serviceable locations as each segment is completed.
