Resound Networks proposes to deploy a licensed fixed wireless broadband network in Logan County to deliver reliable broadband service to 336 total locations, including 126 underserved residences, 129 unserved residences, and 81 Community Anchor Institutions. The NET(s) are concentrated in the rural and transitional zones between Guthrie and the county’s more remote farming communities, where legacy DSL and unlicensed wireless providers have failed to meet performance thresholds and public institutions lack dependable service.\\n\\nTo support this project, Resound will utilize seven leased towers selected for both their elevation profile and proximity to the service areas. These towers have been verified for signal viability and fiber or microwave backhaul access. Where supplemental coverage is needed—particularly in tree-dense corridors—Resound will initiate new tower construction through its established national master tower agreements, preserving schedule continuity and coverage reliability.\\n\\nThe Logan County deployment will rely on Resound’s licensed fixed wireless technology, already operational across thousands of locations in Oklahoma and neighboring states through RDOF and CPF programs. The system supports symmetrical and asymmetrical broadband service up to gigabit speed tiers and includes built-in fault recovery, remote network monitoring, and spectrum efficiency tools for long-term optimization. It is fully compliant with all BEAD technical performance metrics for latency, uptime, and throughput.\\n\\nWork in Logan County will begin within 90 days of award. The deployment will follow an 18-month phased schedule, with engineering and environmental tasks conducted in parallel with procurement and tower assessments. Service activations will occur on a rolling basis as tower zones are completed. Community Anchor Institutions will be prioritized for early service delivery, particularly those providing education, health care, and emergency response capabilities.\\n\\nThis project provides a complete solution to Logan County’s underserved broadband landscape, offering a reliable and scalable infrastructure foundation that meets current needs and adapts to future growth.
