Resound Networks proposes to deploy a licensed fixed wireless broadband network in Rogers County to deliver modern broadband service to 985 total locations, including 314 underserved residences, 502 unserved residences, and 169 Community Anchor Institutions. These NET(s) serve the rural outer edges of the Claremore and Catoosa metro areas, as well as agricultural and tribal areas further east, where broadband infrastructure remains inconsistent or entirely unavailable.\\n\\nThe Rogers County network will be anchored by six leased tower assets, selected based on RF line-of-sight studies, terrain analysis, and network load balancing capacity. These towers are positioned to reach all identified serviceable locations within the NET(s), and Resound’s tower deployment agreements provide flexibility for rapid construction if additional vertical infrastructure is needed due to permit delays or unforeseen terrain obstructions.\\n\\nThe network will operate on Resound’s licensed fixed wireless platform—an enterprise-grade system capable of supporting gigabit-speed broadband over licensed spectrum. With robust remote diagnostics, performance tuning, and spectrum optimization tools, this system enables scalable deployment across rural and semi-urban zones alike. All towers are equipped with automatic failover and over-the-air update functionality, ensuring reliable, long-term service quality.\\n\\nProject mobilization in Rogers County will begin within 90 days of award execution. Permitting, environmental compliance, and make-ready planning will run in parallel to procurement and engineering. Construction will proceed in sequenced zones based on tower readiness, and Community Anchor Institutions—including schools, community health clinics, and emergency services—will be prioritized for early service connection.\\n\\nThis project provides a strategic broadband expansion that bridges the gap between rural and metropolitan coverage in Rogers County, delivering a network that is high-performing, flexible, and built to grow with the region’s evolving digital needs.
