Washington County is a geographically challenging area. The terrain has created cost barriers for most ISPs. With its mix of hills, river valleys, and flat urban areas, Washington County's terrain includes varied rock types and changes in elevation. Sandstone, limestone, and shale are abundant, as is our State's beloved red dirt. All these elements prove a challenge during excavation and project execution. Atlas Broadband has been providing fixed wireless internet since 1998 that utilizes our patent-pending tower technology that substantially reduces construction cost compared our competitors.
